Believe in What You Preach: Tips on Healthy Food

Wednesday, July 28th, 2010

A story on lost glasses and much improved eyesight – a true story of a writer on healthy food. How your positive contribution into lives of others can echo in your own life.

It seems that the only times when we pay attention to our mental and physical health are when our bodies cannot cope with the burdens, stresses and strains of life. These seem to harass us almost all of the time and it is at these times when we draw on the virtues of nature to provide us with miraculous cures. A good diet for someone suffering from this illness should be low in sugar, fat, and carbohydrates.

Being a young man of sixty five I wasn’t ready to pilot a rocking chair just waiting to die. I wanted to live, be productive and enjoy life. So I decided that if I wanted to live – I’m working on Methuselah’s record – I needed to make some changes in my life.
