Healthy Foods That are No so Healthy

Men and women do their best to stick to diet and lose weight often look for what has become known as the hygiene of foodstuffs, food labeled as "low fat" "fat free" or "diet. Where people are not always read the label because manufacturers do their best to hide the effects of these foods, it is no wonder that some people do not lose as much weight as possible in the diet. He tries really hard to keep away from sweets and soda are useless when supposedly healthy food is harder to lose weight.

The biggest problem is that many healthy foods contain substances like high fructose syrup, hydrogenated and simple sugars. This is a trick used by manufacturers to sell foods labeled healthy, although it is not. The words "fat free" is printed in an attractive print on the label, but nowhere says that the lack of fat is more than offset the sugar content. Although manufacturers have to meet certain requirements to be able to call their foods "low fat" or "fat free", there are no rules for "diet, the word".

Be careful when you buy yogurt and all kinds of yogurt, dairy desserts because companies really to taste of their support for a healthier lifestyle. Where people who like yogurt worry about the amount of fat found in such products, dairy companies were quick to launch a low-fat and fat-free version of the best selling brand of products. What is not very eager to tell the world that need sugar desserts and "low fat" does not mean "no sugar". In fact, customers can be extremely surprised to find that low-fat yogurt may be the equivalent of candy bar, the sugar.
